About Us
We are Chelsea & Damon Moulder.
The husband-and-wife power couple who own & operate Fern Vintage Vans.
Chelsea is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 10 years’ experience in the sector. Chelsea’s experience ranges from bartending, cocktail mixing, events co-ordination, team management, bar operations, venue operations, and management. She’s the brains of the business. Currently Chelsea works part-time as a Registered Midwife at our local hospital and absolutely loves her job.
Damon also has an extensive hospitality background with 7 years under his belt. Damon’s main focuses are cocktail bartending, bar processes and responsible service of alcohol. He is the muscle of the business. Damon currently works full-time as an estimator in the building industry.
After getting married in December of 2024, we realised the stress and hassle of organising catering and beverage services while remaining budget conscious. Thus, the idea came to life to have our own mobile bar/café business as a side hustle to provide like-minded brides, grooms and event holders of all kinds with an affordable, personal and customisable option and experience.

Fern is equipped for BYO bar services at all events with her main gigs being weddings. Fern has a range of packages, ensuring customisation.

Meet Willow - Our BYO Dry Bar Hire
For those more intimate or indoor events, we also have Willow, our smaller mobile bar with everything required to provide you and your guests with top notch bar service.
Already have a bar on site, but just need the hands to help? We can do that too! All of our bar tenders have years of experience slinging beers, pouring wines, and shaking cocktails. And we all LOVE what we do!

Fern - Cafe Style Hire
Need a cafe on wheels? You’ve come to the right place.
Fern Vintage Van has a commercial grade coffee machine on board and can attend private events, markets, festivals and sporting events in any of our servicing regions.
We love Coffee! That’s why we make each coffee as if it was our own - full of flavour and with the silkiest milk, using only the best coffee beans and milk products we can source.
We also love our planet! We use commercially compostable takeaway coffee cups and have reuseable cups available to purchase.
